Estonia has 45 ports which are registered in the State Register. All of them, with a few exceptions, are in the Baltic Sea. Major estonian ports (giving data of maximum depth at quays):

1. Port of Tallinn Ltd. includes 5 constituent ports: 

• Muuga Harbour – 18 m;
• Paldiski South Harbour – 13 m;
• Tallinn Old City Harbour – 11 m;
• Paljassaare Harbour – 9 m;
• Saaremaa Harbour – 10 m.

2. Sillamäe Port Ltd – 16 m
