To obtain a freight service please send an e-mail to sales@operail.com. If possible, please include the following details in your inquiry.

• Commodity type
• Commodity code
• Commodity origin
• Route
• Departure station
• Destination station
• Wagon and ownership
• Total volume
• Volume (tons per month, annually)
• Cargo in the wagon (in tons)
• Planned start date of the transportation

We will respond to each inquiry with a personalized quotation. If the offer suits your needs, we can proceed to ordering and confirming the transportation plan.

This information does not concern clients with whom a procurement contract has been or is being concluded.
