Estonia has 45 ports which are registered in the State Register. All of them, with a few exceptions, are in the Baltic Sea.
All the main ports in Estonia are servicing vessels all year round.

- Muuga Harbour – 18 m
- Paldiski South Harbour – 13 m
- Tallinn Old City Harbour – 11 m
- Paljassaare Harbour – 9 m
- Saaremaa Harbour – 10 m
- Sillamäe Port Ltd – 16 m
There are free customs zones in the territories of the Sillamäe Port and the Port of Tallinn.
In 2013 the cargo turnover of Estonian ports amounted to 42.9 million tons, incl. import is 5.6 million tons, export is 8.9 million tons, transit is 28.4 million tons.
