CF&S Estonia Became a Member of the LTA

CF&S Estonia logistics group became a member of the Estonian Logistics and Transit Association (LTA). According to Mr. Andres Valgerist, the Chairman of LTA, a proposal was made to the management of CF&S Estonia to join the Association in order to better facilitate the future cooperation.

CF&S Estonia has been a member of the Estonian Logistics Cluster since 2010 and is planning to continue the partnership initiated in the framework of the Cluster project also in the future.

“Becoming part of the Cluster has enabled us to engage more actively in the sales and marketing in the regions of our interest. We are hoping to continue the joint marketing initiatives as a member of LTA, so we can develop the Estonian logistics and transit business as a so called joint task force," explained Mr. Harri Rästas, a member of the management board of CF&S Estonia.

CF&S Estonia is the largest Estonian capital-based forwarding agent that has during this year started to rapidly increase their market share in Latvia. “Such solid companies of the industry joining LTA can be seen as a testimony to the excellent work we have done during the Cluster era and despite of the end of the funding period, these activities need to be continued," asserted Valgerist.

Additionally, CF&S Estonia is aspiring to contribute to the LTA cooperation with the public sector in order to help to generate an adequate view of the current business situation and therefore promote the developments in the logistics sector.
