Market research regarding Geographical Infosystem (GIS)

Estonian Railways (ER) intends to procure a GIS software solution that can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, which is the current solution used for management of assets and other company functions (core ERP).

GIS should cover the functionality suitable for railway infrastructure company, including different infrastructure services, construction and traffic service work areas. The scope of this project is further defined as follows: The scope of work is limited to the analyze, design, development, implementation, and provision of subsequent support throughout the entire life cycle of a GIS solution.

In that market research we are interested in live or on-site demos only. Current market research is published on 12^th of September, invitations to possible participants are sent out between 10-15th of September. Please contact us if you are interested in taking part, but haven’t received an invitation by the latest on 23rd of September 2019. On-going market-research does not give any advantages in the upcoming procurement.
